Upgrade Photo ID and Early Vote on Saturday 2/25

The Davidson County Clerk’s office will offer extended hours at the main office, 700 2nd Ave South on the Fulton Campus, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012 in conjunction with the Election Commission’s early voting schedule.  This provides Davidson County residents the opportunity to conveniently add their photo to their driver’s license before walking next door to the Election Commission’s main office, 800 2nd Avenue South.

“Since September we have upgraded 500 Driver Licenses at no cost. We are continuing our efforts to make adding a photo to your license as simple and convenient as possible,” Arriola said.  The County Clerk office will also offer motor vehicle services on Saturday.  Arriola said, “Our customers can vote early and get their vehicle registration renewed at the same time.

The Davidson County Clerk’s office offers a variety of services, including motor vehicles, business licenses, marriage licenses, hotel tax collection, birth certificates, notary registration, driver’s license renewals, and passports.
